Three episodes in, is Gundam 00 any better yet?
Setsuna sucks ass as a Gundam pilot. Fire him now. He was about to get beaten by a simple mobile suit by the end of this episode. Never have I seen a Gundam be so weak. Exia’s head was so close to being crushed, as evident by the red warnings on its panels. Clearly Setsuna’s skills aren’t as great as he makes it out to be, letting the Gundam itself do all the hard work. He probably wouldn’t last one minute in a regular mobile suit. He should really lay off the “I am the best pilot” attitude because clearly in this episode he is terrible. You keep telling yourself you’re the Gundam Meister because no one’s impressed. On the other hand, it does show that these Gundams aren’t that powerful, well under the control of a crappy pilot, we’ll see how the others do later.

It’s the year 2307 and Fossil Fuels are at an all time low. Solar Power has won the alternative fuel race and had become the dominant source of power. An immense array of solar panels of epic proportions has been built orbiting the Earth providing her with power. Transferring the energy collected by the panels to the earth are three “elevators,” or towers as they more resemble. These elevators from a person on earth viewing them would say they rise up to touch the heavens.

Ah the other Transformers in Disguise show is finally back. Was it worth the wait? Never mind I doubt anyone has been actually waiting for another Gundam due to the previous two adaptations making the Gundam franchise a complete joke. But at least this one has one thing going for it; Gundam 00 has dropped that abysmal art style that has plagued it and numerous non-Gundam related shows in the industry lately.
